You may create your own buffet from the different sections of our buffet menu.  Please choose 3 main dish options and make 4 selections from our hot vegetables and fresh salads.  Freshly baked breads and butter are complimentary.

e.g.  Buffet menu w King Prawns for 40 guests: $38 pp plus $7.5 pp.   

Ocean king prawns w fresh lemon & seafood sauce - $7.5 pp

Sydney rock oysters (natural) w lemon - $5.5 pp

Mixed seafood platter - king prawns, oysters, crab, NZ mussels, octopus & salmon - $15.9 pp

Whole poached atlantic salmon - $9.9 pp
